About the Company

The law firm started operations in 1993 under the name Advokatfirman Nils-Evert Andersson AB. Since the start, the main emphasis has been on legal assistance to small and medium companies and insurance law.

We offer a complete service within corporate law. Through our long-standing contacts with lawyers within different specialist areas, we have a broad contact network, which means that we can undertake matters within all areas of corporate law.

The firm itself works predominantly with contracts, issues of ownership and partnership, property law, sub-contractor law, intellectual property law and tax law, and also represent our clients in court cases.

We have our own personal contacts with lawyers throughout the world, and if required can refer questions or cases to foreign lawyers for a legal opinion or handling in the country in question.

Issues relating to insurance payments concern both personal injury and damage to property and in this area we assist both private individuals and companies.
